"Most of the clients here do have mental health issues. They do. And they're not being resolved. We refer [people] to mental health services and I've gone there to the interview with them and given [staff] the background, but they tend to treat [hearing impaired people] the same as a hearing person. They give them.... stress management stuff and its always sounds 'Listen to music, sounds crashing onto the beach, etc.' It's not modified to suit deaf or hearing impaired people."
