The gaunt apperance of Julie was really obvious to everyone.

At the psychologists' Julie said there was no problem with her weight, she said she could more weight.

Julie admitted that everyday she would inspect her arms, thighs, legs and face for signs of fat.

Everything she ate she monitored and watched. Counting calories and fat content.
